We are looking for an experienced Application Engineer to join our technical team. You will be the primary expert for our casting machinery, providing hands-on support, installation and troubleshooting for our clients in the jewelry and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for casting machine operations, including setup, calibration and troubleshooting.
- Installation & Training: Lead machine installations at customer sites and provide comprehensive training to operators.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
- Customer Consulting: Advise clients on technical workflows, material handling and best practices to achieve high-quality casting results.
50% in the lab for in-house testing and 50% on customer factories
What We Need
- Experience: Previous experience working with casting machinery or industrial equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical/casting processes; ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues.
- Field Capability: Comfortable working at customer sites, managing installations and communicating technical solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

- Build, foster and sustain strong business and customer relationships.
- Prepare and present technical demonstrations and presentations to both existing and potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, promote - product sales and provide sales support.
- Provide management with insights and reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitor activities and opportunities for new products and services.
- Continuously enhance skills through internal seminars and feedback.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and sales events across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Required skills and knowledges

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Background knowledge of Chemical or Metallurgy will be an advantage
- 2-5 years experience in sales
- Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills

- Good command of English, both spoken & written
